As Water was our November Theme, The Lime Class made boats using different materials. We first discussed what materials float and sink. On Friday they visited senior infants to show them their work and investigate if their boat would float or sink. They had great fun presenting their work.
Project work
A massive well done to the Lime and Hazel Class who completed and presented their project based work independently in front of the principal this week! Such brilliant work being completed in both classes!
Changing states of matter
The Hazel Class conducted an experiment to change states of matter! Through heating some delicious materials we managed to change their states from a solid to a liquid...and then back to a solid again! A fun experiment that also ended in a delicious treat!
